A-Premium fixed what a carrier broke
When I opened the package with my A-Premium power steering pump I found that a return fluid nipple had been broken off during shipment. I contacted A-Premium customer service and they sent out another pump as soon as I sent them photos of the broken tank. Bad bushing
Purchased these parts, installed, paid for alignment then within one month the bushing failed on one of the control arms caused a sway. Contact the company for replacement, which they did but still ended with an additional $130 cost since I had to take it for alignment aagin. Definitely does not make it worth the cost difference to purchase parts that will lead to additional costs after repair doing it 2x. Beware purchasing suspension or parts that affect alignment. Right part the first time works well

Item was an exact match for what we were looking for. Ordering was easy. Shipping was free and delivered before expected. shorter and weaker than existing shocks
Prior to changing the shocks, the trunk was opening until the lid was straight up and down, and stayed there just fine,
but it closed pretty hard, so I thought the shocks were weak. I ordered the replacements that were recommended for this 2002 Audi model TT and they are 2 inches shorter than the ones I had. As a result, the trunk does not open as far as it did, and they are weaker than the prior ones, so the trunk closes even harder than before.

I ordered these because I was replacing the downstream sensors. I saw it sold all for together so thought might as well change all four right? Well wrong. Especially since the upstream sensors did NOT fit at all. I'm going to try to return it but I stand a chance of it getting denied since it as a package of four but only two actually worked for what I needed. Tpms
Everything worked fine. The only small issue I had was when I opened the boxes. All of them had missing the valve caps, but other than that, once I installed them drove the car it programmed itself. But again, the only small disappointment was I did not get the valve caps. Don’t understand why they were missing. When I open each box and they weren’t there. I thought maybe it doesn’t come with it. but besides that the product. Seems to work. Perfect fit
