I am a new A-Premium customer, found the part and company on eBay. This said, in the beginning you are not sure yet how the process will proceed. In my case, as presented with the least amount of fuss and down time. The part came on time, delivery communication was great, packaging was good ( thankfully ) and the Part is mirror copy of the factory OEM part I removed. Only hiccup was whomever delivered just put in on the ground inside my patio gate, even though there was an easy to access rack location that would have prevented
it from soaking thru on a rainy evening. Otherwise, I will be a return A-Premium customer in future

Great Product! GREAT price!
Installed on a 2014 Mercedes S550. (W222) You will have to “tap” the threads to accept a pulley bolt on the front. This is also the case for the same part from Mercedes, so it’s not isolated to the A-Premium part. Highly recommended!! Every parts I bought
