I am 82 years old and never had such good service. I ordered the incorrect window switch for my 2013 dodge van. Just wanted to return it unused.
The agent helped me find the correct switch and issued an NO Charge order for the correct one and did not want the new incorrect one returned Best !!

This housing cap is missing the lid, I lost oil and had to buy replacement oil and an additional housing cap, this is ridiculous. Tight shipping
Arrived with corner plastic broke due to tight shipping plastic wrap. I was able to glue the piece back and radiator functions ok. My old cap did leak so I had to buy a new one, other than that it’s working as it should.
