There is now why of attaching the heat shield to the new catalytic converters. They made a big difference

Honda accord vent acuator
The part was exactly what was in the picture everyone sell the blend door actuator bit it is hard to find the vent actuator, this was called the blend door but it is the vent actuator which was in the picture and the exact part I needed it works great and glad to have my defroster back!!
