Part looked great and worked great for about 10 mins and jammed up and won’t open again. I am in the process of getting a replacement due to fast service from the company. They’ve been a great help so far. Will come back and update once I have replacement part and can thoroughly test its function. Great quality parts.

They even double checked for correct part and insured if it wasn’t I could return for full refund. part was packaged securely and even though mishandled by the shipper there was zero damage when parts were received. These are much better than my old struts, but they are slightly smaller than the OEM struts and while they do hold the trunk all the way up, it struggles a little bit to lift up the trunk of my 2013 Acura RDX. It works, I just have to wait a couple seconds for it to get past that hitch. I will say, I originally had the wrong part and customer support was great getting me a refund. Good quality
