I am writing to report a fitment issue with the tie rod included in my recent order. While the other components were installed without any problems, this specific part did not fit, resulting in a significant loss of time and resources. I suspect the incorrect item may have been shipped

This part is hard to find for my 2011 Infiniti m37x. Wish they had the trunk ones cause I would have bought them also through this site. Total Satisfacton and excellent price.
I have been purchasing A-Premium parts for a few years, both from Amazon and directly from A-Premium. Amazon 3rd party vendors do not offer the save warranty as calling A-Premium directly. Customer service & Order desk have helpful and knowledgeable people. Orders are delivered sooner than expected date. .
As for the quality of parts they are actually very good. In fact anyone that can give you more than the standard 1 Year warranty tells you that they stand behind their products. I have only had one issue within 2 1/2 years of ordering many parts and without any hassles they provided a replacement.
I strongly recommend them as per their price, quality products and customer service. dom
