I ordered this actuator and I get a call after the order was placed to inform me that it is not compatible with the car I have selected, which was fine as I was looking for multiple parts for multiple cars, but the extra mile they went just to make sure I have the correct part means a lot.

They sent the wrong one first, but they were so responsive and made it right. After I got it in it has resolved my issue, I’m pleased. Does not fit bmw 2003 330ci !!
I was able to use the spark plugs but the ignition coils were not the correct ones. I went to swap and they were completely different. Not sure what happened there but they were completely off from what was needed so I couldnt even use them
