This product was very hard to find for my older model care. A-Premium has it and it was well priced - as described - worked well. Wrong size
I typed in the VIN number for my car and the site says these are compatible, but there's no way - they're half the size of the stock units and don't extend nearly as far. Either these are made for a different part of the car, or maybe they're good for the sedan version, but not the hatchback. Otherwise they seem to be well made, but I'm very disappointed. Arrived damaged twice
Great price and fast delivery, but unfortunately the part arrived damaged. Oh well, it happens. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful in getting a replacement sent. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived similarly damaged. There is room for improvement in packing quality. The box was damaged at the driveshaft joints, and the driveshaft supports were bent. More secure packing and safer delivery could have prevented this. B58 water pump

I was disappointed in the Tailgate Shock, after installing the tailgate did not perform as expected. When lowering, the tailgate dropped just like if I hadn’t had the shock on the tailgate. I followed the instructions step by step and then I was excited to try the product and the failure of the product. Please recommend the solution how it will perform better.
