I waited until the part I had ordered actually arrived before tearing into my engine. Once I saw what I needed and opened the package I realized that I had ordered the wrong part. When I emailed Customer Service to inquire whether an exchange would be possible they not only immediately sent out the correct part, but refunded the small difference in price. Excellent communication and customer service. Part was shipped from their Georgia warehouse, rather than their closer one in California, so it took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, but I am still very pleased with the service. It says on your web page that the air sensors I bought would fit my make and model , it didn’t and I spent a lot of $ to have the old ones removed and the new ones installed. It said on your web page that it would fit a chevron Malibu 2020 RS , I repeat, they didn’t fit What I needed
