Door handle part is listed as compatible with 2004 Toyota Sienna but it is really made for newer Siennas. The bolt position on the small end piece is incompatible and I had to file down parts of the metal to get it to fit. Using the original small end piece the replacement handle works well and the quality is good. Excellent replacement
