easy install seems good quality Didn't fit my 2024 Mazda cx30 premium
I bought this because the web showed it will fit, but it didn't , luckily I had a service appointment day after I changed, so service advisor could tell. I had to buy another one. Wrong Part and Used Too
Old part and new wrong part photos. Ordered two part kit, O2 sensor Upstream and O2 sensor Downstream. Upstream no issues. Downstream appeared to be open/return box maybe missing a gasket and washer plate, which was also the wrong part for my car. On the phone with customer service was painful, hard to talk to and explain I just wanted to exchange for correct part (while my vehicle would be sitting on jacks and not drivable until I got new part). Finally I just decided to make new order for correct part after I was told a different "team" handles returns and YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY DIFFERENCE for correct part $50 bucks more. Their mistake, NO COMPENSATION, not a fan!! 1/2 way there
Bought for a 2016 BMW X3, website "guaranteed" fit, I put the front flaps on without issue, went to the back and found the flaps wouldn't fit without significant modification. Not happy but stuck because I don't want to remove the front flaps. Quality parts
