Wow! I ordered new lugs for my car, and they were supposed to take a week max. Fast forward to two weeks  plus and they finally arrive. I had to message them about the delay and put in a complaint with USPS about it. No real offer to remedy this issue either. If you are willing to wait for your delivery, unhelpful customer service, and just overall bad service, then order through them. I personally will not be coming back ever!
