I originally bought the 1.4 turbocharger line kit from an online Buick Dealership - OEM parts from GMPartsStore.com - and paid about $300. I told them I didn't want Chinese parts at that cost, that I could buy them directly for much less. And what did they send me? Chinese parts. I sent them back, even though I will have to pay a 35% restocking fee. Warning: If your intentions are to buy OEM dealership parts to avoid buying Chinese parts, think again. When I initially asked where the OEM parts were made the response was, "We don't know. GM is a global partner." More and more parts are coming from China. So, save your money and just buy the Chinese parts directly. Meanwhile, the customer service from A-Premium parts is impeccable; quick and courteous. They responded to my questioning the lack of one crush washer and offered me a $6.00 refund to pick one up on my own. No complaints.
