I had an order get lost my usps and A-Premium had another package sent out whithin hours. They double checked for the correct parts and I was able to get my parts. The experience had made me a return customer

Great customer service

Purchased these parts, installed, paid for alignment then within one month the bushing failed on one of the control arms caused a sway. Contact the company for replacement, which they did but still ended with an additional $130 cost since I had to take it for alignment aagin. Definitely does not make it worth the cost difference to purchase parts that will lead to additional costs after repair doing it 2x. Beware purchasing suspension or parts that affect alignment.

I have purchased these parts from A premium. the parts arrived after a few days and, according to the mechanic that replaced them, they fitted well without any issues.
after the replacement I had the wheels aligned and, so far, all works ok.

The support to get a part swapped was outstanding. Unfortunately it took two days after I sent confirmation that the part is being sent back by UPS before my part got on its way. It cost me much more than the value of the part. I was asking for expedited shipping, unavailable. I really have to consider auto sources before doing more business with a premium. It is a shame.
