2 Pcs Upstream Driver & Passenger Oxygen Sensor

Placed an online order for two Upstream Oxygen sensors for both Bank 1 and Bank 2. The next day received the following message:
"Hi this is calling for a premium you order the Sound Exchange sensors for Miss but would notice the sensory ordered only feeds the back two sensor one So we just want to double check the quantity you actually need for that You may check your email inbox and reply to this Well 247 here Thank you" 
Enough said? Everything went South from there! I responded a few hours after this message was left with ALL CORRECTIONS clearly stated... two days later, they shipped the wrong parts!!! Then they say I did not reply before shipment! If you buy, good luck, you've been warned!

To clarify what happened: our system actually flagged your order on March 11th because purchasing two identical oxygen sensors is often an accidental duplicate (most vehicles require one for Bank 1 and a different one for Bank 2). Because we did not receive a response within our shipping window, the warehouse was required to release your order on March 13th to avoid penalization. It appears your reply with the corrections was actually sent in response to the automated tracking email, which unfortunately was generated after the package had already left our facility. We genuinely tried to catch this to save you a headache, but we are absolutely here to help fix it! We have just sent you a direct message to provide a prepaid return label and get the correct sensors sorted out for you immediately.

The parts are reasonable but they have to fit

I ordered these because I was replacing the downstream sensors. I saw it sold all for together so thought might as well change all four right? Well wrong. Especially since the upstream sensors did NOT fit at all. I'm going to try to return it but I stand a chance of it getting denied since it as a package of four but only two actually worked for what I needed.
