Some parts are defective 

Although the box came broken and all torn, I was worried that some parts were going to be missing since it was a 21 piece timing chain kit but someone (I guess delivery personnel) took the time to make sure the box was put in a plastic bag and it was sealed shut with tape. All pieces were received and within 5 days my truck was fixed.
Very impressed from the calls, to the online purchase, tracking item and delivery.

You sent me two exhaust fazers instead of one exhaust and one intake, good thing I been doing this stuff my whole life, you could have wrecked my entire engine the gasket on the tentioner was to loose and oil spewed out everywhere, oh besides it was 3 days late
