Brakes and rotors 

I ordered the kit for front /back rotors and pads.  The package that was delivered was busted and damaged(most likely caised by carrier).  When I took tge parts to my mechanic , he noticed that one of tge brake pads were totally disintegrated and custed from the back plate.  I had to wait and mechanic ordered the new pads from local auto and finished the job.  Contacted the A premium and they reimbursed me for the part +15% for tge inconvenience 
  Overall very happy with the customer service.
