Awesome customer service experience. Order these arms for my 2009 Audi A4. 2 of the 4 pieces fit, the other 2 lower front rearward control arms had the wrong ball joint, it had a M14 instead of an M12, which is a common mistake when dealing with Audi parts that have a split vin year with their Front lower rearward control arms. Called customer service, immediately found solution, and sent me new parts. I’ve bought many aftermarket parts from this company for years for my Audis and will continue to do so bc their quality matches or exceeds OEM but also their customer service is top notch! Yes, their parts are made in China, not a big deal when all those German brands are made there too!

Cheaper but almost good 

The parts seem to be decent quality and the price is fair. With that said it has been a terrible purchasing experience. The packaging is so terrible that fedex managed to lose one of my lower control arms in transit and proceeded to just tape the box back up. That wouldn’t be a huge deal if the appeal process didn’t take 4 days to get any substantial answer out of this company as to a resolution. You cannot get a representative on the phone, it takes a day to get a response to an email. I would not recommend purchasing anything that you need from this company unless you are okay with putting the money in a pile and burning it. Terrible experience.

Terrible customer servic

This would've been a 5 star review if it weren't for  the fact my items didn't arrive when promised. You guys had just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Quick and easy purchasing online. The problem was the shipping. It was promised on Saturday. The FedEx tracking number said Saturday delivery all day until about 4p. It then changed to Monday. My package arrived Monday afternoon.  
I'm not sure who to blame for the delay but you guys asked for my review.
