Good looking parts, did not come on scheduled date. Contacted customer service and after receiving part they automatically gave me my 10 percent discount as promised.

I started off by accidentally ordering the wrong part. Ordered one for an Expedition instead of an Explorer. The Expedition uses a smaller electrical plug and is about an inch longer. But A-Premium was very helpful, quick to response, and exchanged the parts for me! Also went further to confirm that the part this time was for the right make and model. Part arrived quickly (2 days I believe) and attached perfectly with no issues! Highly recommend purchasing parts here!

These lift struts are noisy, slow and overall poor quality. Stick with OEM as I am now having to purchase because these have failed after only a few months.

Nowhere Near OEM Quality 

The support popped off the terrible undersized bracket and almost smacked my baby’s head. The gate slammed shut and sliced the wires, now they’re saying they won’t warranty it. This is not nearly OEM replacement. There are obvious quality differences and this is a shoddy company.
