The ad for this item clearly states there is a drain plug. I called customer service to verify that there was a drain plug because I cannot see it on the picture on the ad. Customer service inform me they contacted the engineering department and confirmed there was a drain plug. I received the transmission pan and there was no drain plug. It was good quality thick metal and all, but no drain plug. It also comes with a filter but is advertised with no filter.

"Parts come with a gasket and fit base model vehicles." It's best if they remove this note because it stated that the parts were coming with it. I only bought this because I thought the part(bolts) came with it as state in their notes!
