No instructions to remove and install the components. Followed a Youtube video and the item clutch plate spun once and buckled. Had to replace the whole compressor.

No instructions. Did not work.

I had a package delivered a day earlier than expected and the package went missing due to me being gone on vacation. The day that it was supposed to arrive I noticed that it said delivered the previous day and I contacted the customer service department and they helped me out tremendously by sending another package free of charge.

 My ac pulley bearing went out ...  I got this kit whuch includes the coil/stater, pulley with bearing, and the pulley clutch instead of getting a new compressor which would have cost more than I would want to pay at this time. Everything work out fine. I am happy with the purchase.
