The item I received was not packed well as the hook up part to hook to car was broken and unable to hook up; when asked for a refund or replacement I have not got any reship label as it been 72 hours and it frustrating as I am unable to use my car until I get a replacement starter

Arrived 5 days early. I always appreciate it when the part matches the OEM part. I'm also going to try the A-premium product on my car. But so far it's working great. The packaging arrived in good condition, but shipping it in the original boxes might not be safe, especially if you need the part and it arrives damaged.

It came early

Seems like back in the 60's 70's & 80's, when a starter motor went bad it FLAT OUT went bad and would not work. No mater how many times you turned the key. Just click, click click or nothing at all. With this 2017 Escalade (6.2 L.) it slowly started going a few months ago to where you'd push the button and click, again click, again and start! I got to the point where it would click a whole lot more times before finally starting. Obviously the bendix was getting stuck and finally breaking free at some point. Well,, enter A-Premiun and a new starter for around 85 bucks and paid a local guy $130 to put it in. ( Retired now and sooooo much easier to just pay someone else to do it!) :) Now,,push the button and it takes off every single time. Very happy with the purchase and A-Premium is my new go to place for parts! Forget Amazom and Rock Auto. So much better here and they have almost anything your looking for. AND,, everything I've ordered this year always shows up early which is a nice surprise! Give them a shot and take advantage of every discount they offer at checkout! I've already bought around $500+ from them just since Feb.
