I ordered a $20 oil pressure sensor, but instead received a box of fasteners. I contacted customer service right away and provided multiple photos showing exactly what I received, as requested.

Rather than simply acknowledging the mistake and sending the correct part, customer service repeatedly asked for additional photos and continued saying the evidence wasn’t sufficient. The back-and-forth was frustrating and completely unnecessary for such a straightforward issue.

Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, this experience left me with little confidence in their customer service, and I would not do business with this company again.

Poor Customer Service After Shipping the Wrong Ite

Purchased this for my 2014 RAM 1500, I was having AC issues turned out to be this little important guy right here. Ordered it from A-Premium because I had discounts which made it cheaper than going to the parts store. Took all of 5 minutes to install, fit perfectly works perfectly; only thing I wish is that it came with the o-ring. Don't let that be a killer for you, the O-ring was super cheap to get, in any case... the truck is cool and I don't have to sweat it out anymore.
