When I opened the package with my A-Premium power steering pump I found that a return fluid nipple had been broken off during shipment.  I contacted A-Premium customer service and they sent out another pump as soon as I sent them photos of the broken tank.

Item arrived one day early, properly wrapped and boxed up. Part was new with no missing items; I have not had the chance to install the pump yet. This review gets 4 stars only because pump has not been installed and ops checked. I have used A-Premium parts one other time and had no issues with their product.
