Item arrived one day early, properly wrapped and boxed up. Part was new with no missing items; I have not had the chance to install the pump yet. This review gets 4 stars only because pump has not been installed and ops checked. I have used A-Premium parts one other time and had no issues with their product.

The power steering pump is fantastic! The only issue I encountered was the delay in receiving the pump. It took an additional two weeks beyond the original estimated delivery date.
