Recently have purchased these tail gate supports for my van as well as a turbo for my 2017 cruze LT. One thing I have to say is no product that has been sent to me has needed to be returned for damage or because it didn't fit. I will also say they do a very good job at ensuring the parts get out in time.

Great fit, fair price.

These are much better than my old struts, but they are slightly smaller than the OEM struts and while they do hold the trunk all the way up, it struggles a little bit to lift up the trunk of my 2013 Acura RDX.  It works, I just have to wait a couple seconds for it to get past that hitch.  I will say, I originally had the wrong part and customer support was great getting me a refund.

I typed in the VIN number for my car and the site says these are compatible, but there's no way - they're half the size of the stock units and don't extend nearly as far. Either these are made for a different part of the car, or maybe they're good for the sedan version, but not the hatchback. Otherwise they seem to be well made, but I'm very disappointed.

Wrong size

I was disappointed in the Tailgate Shock, after installing the tailgate did not perform as expected. When lowering, the tailgate dropped just like if I hadn’t had the shock on the tailgate. I followed the instructions step by step and then I was excited to try the product and the failure of the product. Please recommend the solution how it will perform better.
