FIRST OF ALL I GOT 2 DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS FROM 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM.I HAD REALLY NO WAY OF KNOWING WHEN IT WAS ARRIVING BECAUSE THERE WAS NO UPDATE ON A WINDOW FOR DELIVERY.IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK FOR PRODUCT TO ARRIVE.ONCE IT ARRIVED I WAS PRETTY DISAPPOINTED ON THE PACKAGING.IT WAS JUST IN A BAG WITH TAPE HOLDING BOTH ITEMS TOGETHER AND THE BOXES WERE PRETTY DAMAGED.P OORLY EXECUTED.THE NAME A-PREMIUM FALLS SHORT ON MY FIRST PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE,IM SORRY TO SAY! EMAIL FOR DELIVERY WAS SENT THE NEXT DAY,SAYING ITEM WAS DELIVERED (YESTERDAY)GO FIGURE.NEED TO PUT A LITTLE MORE EFFORT ON THE THING.👎🏽I GAVE A 2 STAR SIMPLY BECAUSE IT ARRIVED.

You are absolutely right&mdash;shipping two filter boxes in a plastic bag instead of a sturdy corrugated box is unacceptable, and we are addressing this immediately with our warehouse team to ensure it does not happen again.
