Replacing an alternator is not easy and it is really frustrating when after all the work to replace one, it turns out to be bad. 
After replacing the alternator my car indicated that there was a problem with the battery alternator system. The scan tool indicated that the new alternator was bad and that it was charging at 11.7 volts instead of 13-14 volts. I'm really disappointed with the purchase.

Bad Alternator 

The alternator when bad within 3 weeks of installation, ive very disappointing and upset that I spent money on a faulty part. Its no longer charging my battery and my light has turned on, I can no longer drive me vehicle.
