Great value and good parts

I order 2 parts. They came from 2 different locations. I received 1 as expected and on time.  But then waited for 7 days past delivery date and still no 2nd package. I then tried to call and chat many times with no response. They final responded to email, and then they resent the 2nd part snail mail. No one let me know the item was never received at the USPS originally, they have bad communication options, it took over 48hrs via email once they had confirmed my order, then it took another 6 days shipping to get to me. Its was pushing 3 weeks, time I got the part. They have done nothing for me to make up for lost time.....   There are many other company willing to actually take care of their customers, PREMIUM IS NOT!!!!

BAD SHIPPING

I'm a 76 y.o. DIYer, I had to replace a noisy left rear bearing and a rear  leaky right strut on my 09 highlander sport.  Decided to replace both bearings and struts.  Researched replacement parts online and found best deal at A-Premium.  I had no issues with the components or installation.  The price was right, delivery was acceptable and the quality of the products seem very good heavy duty.  Considering doing my from bearings and struts and will get them from A-Premium.

So far, the new shocks are doing exactly what they’re supposed to do. The ride feels noticeably better, and the install process was straightforward—removing the old ones and putting in the new set was quick and hassle-free. If you’ve got an S10 that’s due for a suspension refresh, this is a simple upgrade I’d definitely recommend.

I had to contact them because we only received 1 box and they were very helpful in trying to find the other box for us. Because they weren't supposed to be separated and they were. They finally found the box and it was it's way to us. For the boxes being separated they gave us 15% off on our next order.
