Although the unit had a minor glitch to it the company did right by me and as of now said they will send a replacement quickly to me.

Bulbs

Feels slightly cheaper than OEM (because it is) but it's a perfect fit and works well. The lighting looks & works a bit differently - I like that how the push buttons are slightly illuminated when the headlights are on, and brighten when activated. The included pry tool for getting the dashboard panels apart is a nice touch, but I used my own. Good choice if you don't want to pay OEM prices. 

Update - This is actually complete junk.
After only about two months of use, the LED indicator on the rear window defroster button is intermittent, and so is the blower speed control. I contacted A-Premium via this website for a refund, but never received a response. Don't waste your money. Go OEM if you can.

Does the Job & Works Well

Part doesn't initialize after installation, it runs some strange diagnostic mode first, and gets stuck on that mode and won't operate the AC. No other factory or aftermarket part does that. 
Trying. To process a return after buying another part and installing it and they are trying to force me to reinstall it and take a video of it not working as well as generate a "system report" to process the return . Terrible part terrible seller and customer service

Terrible

It was a perfect fit for my 05 sierra, however even after recalibrating still could not get the a/c to blow cold, in the process of trying to do a return bit having to jump through hoops just to send back the product will update once it has been done or refused

It fits

Just installed this. Came very well packaged. Old unit was doing the temperature number jump around thing so it was at times impossible to set right. This unit was a perfect match to old one. Very easy project. New unit synced itself to the vents just like it was supposed to. The instructions contained the manual syncing procedure but I didn't have to use it. Instruction booklet is pretty basic so you might want to watch a youtube video on how to take off your dash trim and remove old unit if you haven't done it before. So on day 1 I have nothing but praise.

While the parts where new they didn't work on my envoy. The return process was very simple and refund was completed promptly.
