My lift gate was overdue for new lift supports. They work really good and as expected. Shipping was quick. Only complaint I have is the click system which was not like the original. It was annoying trying to get the tiny pin in the hole to lock in place. Other than that it was fair priced and does what it’s supposed to do.

These guys are fantastic.  I purchased a set of lift supports for the trunk of my 2003 Mercedes CLK. I received them several days earlier than expected (the first nice surprise).  Then when I went to install them, they didn’t fit quite right, they were a little too long.  So I called and emailed them.  They called me back within minutes … and told me not to worry, that they ‘will find a solution.’  An email or 2 later, they promised to send me another set.  Which I will receive tomorrow.  I could not ask more.   I highly recommend this organization.  Thanks so much guys!!
