As the title suggests the guaranteed fit as listed by Apremium states their spark plugs would fit but do not as the gap requirement for a Ford F150 2002 5.4 Engine is 0.53-0.56 Inches which the Apremium spark plugs are too small. The Quality of the parts are excellent however but buyers double and triple check the fitments.
