Used this company before with no issues until this time. Parts were delivered on weekend when business was closed. Delivery serviced pulled on door then looked thru door to verify shop was closed before leaving package in doorway. Contacted your company after I got a delivered email and sent camera film showing item was stolen. Company refused to replace or return item causing us to have a VERY unhappy customer. After lots of texts back and forth received 60% refund due to nothing I did wrong.
