didn't quite fit with the inclusive crush washer.  I had to remove crush washer for it to catch on first thread.  other than that seems to work fine at the moment.

This sensor is well made and a perfect fit for my Suzuki Sidekick. I had a cracked  exhaust manifold, not unusual. After having it repaired I purchased a new O2
Sensor which was an exact sensor of the original. I was happy to find the sensor and everything went together and worked great.
