Delivery serviced pulled on door then looked thru door to verify shop was closed before leaving package in doorway. Contacted your company after I got a delivered email and sent camera film showing item was stolen. Company refused to replace or return item causing us to have a VERY unhappy customer. After lots of texts back and forth received 60% refund due to nothing I did wrong.
