No issues with quality of the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing or pilot bearing, all great quality and ride great, but when I received the package it was dented up a bit and the clutch alignment tool was completely mangled and broken into pieces, unusable, had to make my own, other than that very happy with the quality of the kit just wish the alignment tool came in one piece

Unsatisfied 

Does not interchange with 07-196 which is a reference to a LUK brand that happens to be the brand I pulled off. The spring tabs on the pressure plates are located in different spots, so this plate’s spring tabs will interfere with the dual mass flywheel creating a gap between the mounting surfaces. Otherwise quality is great, the process of returning was easy and handled professionally and quickly!

I never got it I showed up when it said it was supposed to be there and but who they chose to have delivery I guess decided it was okay to leave an entire package the size of the clutch kit on the porch

Never got it

I received my clutch kit opened it up to find out that the plastic clutch splined centering tool, had been crushed by either the pressure plate or the clutch in shipping and broken, now I'm trying to find an alternative way to center my clutch to my flywheel...

Please take better care with the packaging..

Thought I knew it all and all the reviews weren’t real and properly installation error, not the case I bought a 2008 mini cooper s clutch that does line up to the fly wheel but has a gap and won’t sit flush therefore causing it not to engage properly, dropping the transmission twice isn’t ideal until you drop it a third time for a factory clutch but be warned as that’s exactly what you’ll go though. Cheap doesn’t equal quality and that said stay away from A premium. Unless you want to waste time and money doing the job over and over again

Doesn’t fit 

Appreciate the kit arriving in good time,  but the flywheel in this kit does not fit my truck.  Kit fly wheel has six bolt holes, my truck engine repires 8 bolt holes so we have ordered another fly wheel.  your site does not give any choices. you should at least name the options.  very disappointing.  But keep a smile,  we have lived thru this numerous times. And we will live thru this one.

Trying to get a clutch and pressure plate kit for a 2011 Ford Ranger and it was easy everything went smooth got the part both the wrong one it was for four cylinder instead of six but with one email or talking to a gentleman on the phone he sent me a email told me to use that email sent pictures in of my old clutch pressure plate and the parts that I already received and paid for for the 4 cylinder that I don't have and then he next morning at 3:14 or the email was there the parts that I needed the difference in price and everything went seamlessly just bang bang now I got to do is get the new parts to getting put in and then we can write a review on the on the performance in Palo Alto parts work but they look very well built looks like good material for the the clutch flight I don't think we'll have any problems with it thank you for your your quick responses to a premium
