Screws on the underside need to be tightened after the top screws and brackets are mounted and hard to get the hex wrench underneath.    Took some effort but I got it done   Racks fit my Jeep just fine and look nice too.

Roof cross bars

Easy to install for any DIY on 2021 Highlander. The plastic and rubber parts are not a perfect fit cosmetically. The instructions are just pictures and I found that to be easy enough to understand. It's important not to tighten everything down until you have every bolt and screw in place and positioned perfectly.

I found the after sales support lacking. Level 1 could not answer my questions and it took 6 days to get the final information. As reported in other posts, the fitment on this item is not perfect, massaging is required and there are no instructions for this included. There are parts included that are not referenced in the installation instructions. Once all this frustration is sorted out, the rack does appear to be OK, time will tell.

After Sales Support

My box was obviously previously opened. 1/2 roll of tape closing box. Instructions were wadded up, half stuffed in a zip lock bag. They're not very good (typos, useless info like "electrical component disassembly" What?!), someone gave up. 
Retaining system is poor. 
This is for 2012 Highlander:  To remove side rail covers; grab entire cover, pull outboard as you gently pry up that edge with nylon tool. Once outboard side raises up, push inboard to release inbd "clips". Then lift per instructions. "Clips" are micro, cheap plastic crap. The part that slides inside the vehicle's side rail barely grabs on to it when the "knobs" are tightened (it should be threaded T-shape, not a straight piece of aluminum). The cheap black plastic knobs will surely break with age. Do not completely tighten the (2) 3/8" bolts/ each side that connect cross bar to side mount until completely installed, (use a real wrench). Even when loose,  I had to pound the crossbars in between the side rails 1/8" at a time, alternating sides just to fit. It shaved off the black coating. The final instruction's picture shows "stopper" installation. View doesn't look anything like side mount/crossbar attach point where the black rubber strip that runs down the center of the crossbar needs to abut. No way the extra 2" of rubber on each side will slide inside mount (even lubed). So I pulled one side flush, then cut the other 1/4" long and slid it inside mount. I don't trust the security of the crossbars despite their tightness, so they will be removed once I transport the 32 foot extension ladder they were purchased for.

needs better design 4 easier/ more secure install

Our 2021 Honda CRV came with rooftop rails but no crossbars. I researched different companies that provided crossbars that would fit our car model. I have never ordered from A-Premium before but their crossbars looked sturdy and fit within our budget. After receiving the crossbars, I was impressed with the quality and the care that was taken to identify every piece that needed to be installed on the left side of the roof rails as well as the right. The crossbars were also tagged with stickers that indicated the front and rear crossbars as well as which edge of the crossbar should be facing forward. All pieces were included according to the packing list and all parts were securely packed in the shipping box. If I am in need of other parts for my Honda CRV, I will certainly check A-Premium first.

Quality Product

The parts arrived quickly and packaged well. We followed the instructions exactly - they required us to lift the rubber moulding up to access the two bolts necessary to attach to the rails. One of them ripped immediately because it was fused to the aluminum surface, almost like it had encountered severe heat and melted. On the other one, the ribs tore because they were stuck between the locking device and the frame. Complete junk. Very disappointed
