I wanted to say what a excellent experience it was! I ordered the wrong pair from the big A and they ended up never being sent to me. I ordered these on a Sunday night and the were at my door on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday morning.  I went to the mechanic shop and they couldn't find the directions in the box and I called customer service and they sent me the install booklet my PDF in an email in 5 minutes and gave them to the mechanic. Turns out the manual was in the box they didn't see them! An A plus experience all around and they look great and I love them . Thank you for your excellent experience and customer service.

Incomplete transaction!

There’s one nut that was not threaded otherwise all parts were in the box. Instructions with photos are perfectly illustrated. Easy to install. The steel braces are heavy duty and the running boards are beautiful. I am amazed with this product. Well made and again, most importantly, the instructions are easy and on the spot correct and detailed. I’d give this a rating of 10 of 10. What you will get is exactly what is shown on the photos.
