Bought cam adjusters for my 2010 Mercedes S63 and upon arrival and inspection, something seemed off. A mysterious bolt was on the back that's not on the original. Called customer service and they couldn't answer as to why and if it needs to be removed. They assured me that they'd forward my concerns with a specialist via email within 24 hours. It's been over a week and no answer. I decided to take apart one of the cam adjusters to see if it was genuinely identical to the OEM. Not even close and this concerns me. I'd avoid expensive critical items through this company. Now I'm out almost $600 and lost time.

This is a prettt involved instal and you will need to but a timing chain wedge but besides that we'll worth it. Parts seem high quality, and totally fixed my cam phaser rattle. Sounds 100 times better and it drives it too.
