This turbo was shipped super fast and looked rock solid when I opened it. At first I was a bit concerned since it looked different that my factory one but after further review, the differences were updates on issues that I faced with the factory one. Mainly the wastegate arm and actuator was upgraded to a sturdier design. The installation was straight forward and it works great now. The only feedback is that I would have liked an included syringe to add oil inside the turbo. I made it work but it was a bit messy. Definitely would purchase parts from here again!

Terrible turbo no good can’t handle 15 psi boost 

It didn’t come with the exhaust manifold. it says it included with the package.

Did ship with all the parts 

Needed a turbo replacement for my 2020 VW Passat, found this one off the website and it was an exact fit! Not sure if its because I’ve needed to replace it for awhile or what but it feels like its got more kick than it used to. Quality looks good, didn't see any blemishes, scratches, or nicks in the manufacturing.

Fits great!

Item didnt ship till 2 days after i was told it had gone out the door.  When i questioned it i was told yes it went out the door.   Finally after harassing  them a second was sent out  then mysteriously the first appeared to be delivered to fedex     both arrived late. Then when my partner installed the turbo that should have been a direct replacement  the fitting werent threaded right.  Then the unit wasnt even clocked remotely correct and then had to remove the wategate controller to be able to get it to clock correctly for the oil return.          I wont buy anything  from a premium  again

Dont waste your money

I bought this turbo to replace the faulty one in my Wife's '17 Honda CR-V EX-L. I've worked in the automotive industry for 30+ years professionally. I got the turbo within just a few days. There was no shipping damage and I done a quick, "once over" check. Everything looked fine. I installed it, test drove it. It was working and the car had more power than it had before. The next day my wife drove for the first time since the repair. Suddenly we both heard a noise that sounded like a rock coming out of the tire. No big deal. Then we heard it again. That wasn't a rock twice! This was just a short drive to a store nearby. I listened to it run once we got home and there was nothing unusual, sounded fine. The next day, we started to go on an out of town trip to a birthday party. My wife said something is wrong there's not as much power. We turned around and went home. By the time we got back home we could barely pull hills and couldn't go more than about 30 mph. We got home, let it cool and then I pulled the exhaust pipe off the turbo because it was the easiest side. All the impeller blades were bent and there was a ring scratched around the housing. I contacted customer service to report a defective turbo. They asked a few questions and requested photos or videos but I NEVER felt like they were trying to get out of a warranty. It was more like they wanted to know what went wrong so they could improve their product or prevent it from happening again. Customer service was the best I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. They asked if I wanted a new one or a refund. I just wanted a replacement. I received in just a few days. It want until I removed the turbo when I could see what happened. The noise we heard that we thought was a rock coming out of the tire was the nut coming off of the intake side impeller. It wedged between the impeller and the housing and caused a catastrophic failure. I installed the replacement and it works perfectly! The car has plenty of power and operates just as it should. Absolutely Amazing

Turbo is the wrong one, said guaranteed fit it in fact is completely different from what is on the car, inlet tube is wrong, has no electronics, completely wrong turbo.
