My alternator arrived dead on Monday. I told them that it was dead as soon as I was told. They proceeded to not send out another order for the alternator until today Wednesday. Now I have to wait another week for a part that should’ve been right the first time. I will NEVER order from here again this is very unprofessional. I am out of a job all because of a bad alternator.

Arrived earlier which was great, seems to be great quality and great prices. We will definitely be purchasing future parts again.

The alternator arrived two days before the estimated date.
It fit on the car and worked.
A suggestion: provide the option for a new replacement belt along with the sale of all alternators.

Replacement Alternator for 2000 Toyota Avalon V6

I have to give a bad review just because of the condition my alternator arrived in.
I haven't installed it yet and I am a bit concerned that it won't work because of the beating it took during shipping.
It came in it's original box with a piece of plastic wrapped around it. The box was torn from the inside from the weight of it pushing against the box. I feel that it definitely could have been packed and protected much better!
