Great price and fast delivery, but unfortunately the part arrived damaged. Oh well, it happens. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful in getting a replacement sent. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived similarly damaged. There is room for improvement in packing quality. The box was damaged at the driveshaft joints, and the driveshaft supports were bent. More secure packing and safer delivery could have prevented this.
